MHAGC Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name/IP Address, the e-mail addresses of those who have created Donor Accounts or Funds 4 Hope Campaigns (Fundraisers 4 Hope), the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the donors, Fundraisers 4 Hope, or other visitors, such as survey information, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and/or site registrations. We automatically collect only the domain name/IP Address. 

If you are under 18, you may use mhagc.org only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify MHAGC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you will be responsible for losses incurred by MHAGC or any other user of the Services due to someone else using your MHAGC ID, password or account.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by writing to us at unsubscribe@mhagc.org.  If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding donations or purchases they have made on-line. The information we collect is used for marketing purposes, internal review, used to improve the content of our Web page, but is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Cookies: To help make our sites more responsive to the needs of our visitors, we invoke a standard feature found in browser software, called a "cookie", to assign each visitor a unique, random number, a sort of anonymous user ID that resides on your computer. A cookie can't read data off your hard drive. You can disable cookies at any time by changing the preferences in your browser.

For our internal purposes, we gather date, time, browser type, navigation history and IP address of all visitors to our site. This information does not contain anything that can identify users personally. We use this information for our internal security audit log, trend analysis and system administration, and to gather broad demographic information about our user base for aggregate use.
