Do you really know what an IEP and 504 are or the difference? Do you know the power you possess to advocate for your clients? The ABCs of IEPs and 504s event will allow participants to distinguish the key differences between an IEP and a 504. Clinicians will be able to discuss the different roles each professional plays in both meetings to better advocate for their clients’ needs. By the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to examine key parts of an IEP and 504 to more confidently participate in IEP and 504 meetings.

Distinguish the key differences between the two
Discuss the different roles each professional plays at either meeting
Examine key parts of an IEP and 504
