Dear Friends,

As our southern weather warms and blossoms throughout May, we’re reminded of the importance of prioritizing our mental health—not just this month, but every day. Mental Health Month gives us all a chance to pause, reflect, and take steps toward our complete wellness. At Mental Health America of Greenville County, we believe that small actions can bloom into big change—whether you’re supporting a loved one, seeking help yourself, or simply learning more. In this issue, we’re excited to share resources, updates, and moments of gratitude that reflect the heart of our mission: to promote mental health, prevent suicide, and offer hope to those who need it most. 2801_04c4c2-c4> |

Stronger Together: Crossroads Charity Gala Supports Mental Health Services
We were honored as MHAGC was selected as this year’s beneficiary of the Crossroads Treatment Centers’ Charity Gala—and the event raised over $12,000 to support our services. It was truly a night to remember as two amazing organizations came together to support mental health in the upstate.
We are incredibly grateful for our supporters, partners, and community members who continue to walk and grow alongside us on this journey. Whether you’re taking your first step toward better mental health or helping others find their way, your role in this movement matters. As we celebrate the generosity of partners like Crossroads Treatment Centers and share resources to uplift our community, we’re reminded that mental health is something we build together. Thank you for being part of our mission—and for taking A.C.T.I.O.N. for mental health, not just this month, or this season, but all year long.
With Gratitude,
