Throughout the month of May, Mental Health America of Greenville County is on a mission to raise awareness and support for mental health initiatives. We invite YOU to join us! On May 16th, Mental Health Action Day, and throughout the entire month, show your support by wearing green and tagging us on your social media platforms. Help spread the word by sharing with your friends and family.

Your contribution will help us continue our vital work in advocating for mental health awareness and providing resources to those in need. Nami Walks –
The South Carolina chapters of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) are kicking off their 2024 walks in May with additional events this fall!
This year’s NAMIWalks theme is “Mental Health for All”, and South Carolina will host four walks this year to help our partners at NAMI to spread mental health awareness, raise funds for NAMI’s mission, support those in our community who live with mental illness, so they know they are not alone, and bring our communities together. After all, we all need and deserve good mental health, so let’s get in our steps while we help spread the word!
So come out, enjoy music, and visit community partners’ information/giveaway tables to learn more about programs and resources in your community. You can join a local team, start your own team, walk as an individual, or even walk virtually.
